We've been big fans of Mt. Mountain for a long time now, and the Perth outfit are finally rewarding our prayers with their debut full-length release. After kicking around since 2012, and releasing a demo, EP and 7", Mt. Mountain have at long last given us an LP.
Cosmos Terros will be released in April, and we've got the first taste of it for you in the form of a stream of "Freida". Self-described as "like an unholy union of Sleep, Earth and Pink Floyd", the track features deep, slow-burning riffs, shamanistic vocals, and otherworldly guitars that echo into infinity. Needless to say, it's right up our alley.
Cosmos Terros is out digitally and on vinyl on April 22.
